Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms of sale apply to sales of training packs, registrations for training sessions and iLABEL support services concluded on www.foresightsh.com between FORESIGHT Solutions Hub (“FORESIGHTSH”) and any person (“the Customer”). Any purchase implies acceptance of these terms.

Prices

Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA) excluding tax. VAT at the applicable rate is added: the price including VAT is shown next to it, and that is the amount paid. FORESIGHTSH may change its prices at any time; the price applicable is the one shown when ordering.

Training packs

Order and payment

The Customer must have an account. The order is final after secure online payment (Wave, Orange Money, Free Money, bank card…). A confirmation email is sent as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Combined packs

The Customer may build a pack of several projects. A discount applies to each complete group of projects stated on the website (for example 3 projects); the discount is shown before payment.

Access and delivery

Pack files and videos are available immediately and without time limit in the customer account, as long as the account exists. The Customer is advised to download and keep the files.

Licence

The pack is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling, distributing, uploading or sharing the materials and videos is prohibited. The customer account is personal: only one sign-in is possible at a time, and videos are marked with the buyer’s email address.

Right of withdrawal

As digital content is supplied immediately after payment, the Customer acknowledges that performance begins upon access to the files and waives the right of withdrawal, within the limits of applicable law. If a file is defective or inaccessible, FORESIGHTSH replaces it or refunds the pack.

Training sessions

Online registration is a request: it becomes final once confirmed by FORESIGHTSH. For paid sessions, an invoice with payment terms is sent to the Customer. If the trainer is unexpectedly unavailable, FORESIGHTSH may postpone or cancel the session; learners are informed as soon as possible. FORESIGHTSH may also postpone or cancel a session if there are not enough participants or in case of force majeure. In all cases, amounts paid are refunded or carried over to another session. A certificate of attendance is made available in the customer account of participants who attended the session.

iLABEL support

Submitting a project is free and non-binding. After review, FORESIGHTSH sends a quote; the support starts once it is accepted. The label certifies that the steps stated on the certificate were supported and verified by FORESIGHTSH; it does not guarantee the scientific conclusions of the work, which remain the author’s responsibility. FORESIGHTSH may revoke a certificate obtained on the basis of inaccurate information.

Confidentiality

Documents and data provided by the Customer are handled confidentially and used only for the service, in line with our privacy policy.

Liability

FORESIGHTSH has an obligation of means. Its liability may not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the service concerned.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints should be sent to contact@foresightsh.com. These terms are governed by Senegalese law, including Act No. 2008-08 on electronic transactions. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Dakar have sole jurisdiction.
