Data controller

FORESIGHT Solutions Hub (FORESIGHTSH), Dakar, Senegal: contact@foresightsh.com. FORESIGHTSH processes your data in accordance with Senegalese Act No. 2008-12 on the protection of personal data.

Data collected and purposes

• Contact form: name, email, organisation, phone, message, to reply to you.
• Newsletter: email and language, to send you our news, only after you confirm your subscription (double opt-in).
• Customer account: name, email, phone, organisation, password (encrypted), to manage your purchases, registrations, certificates and requests.
• Pack purchases: order, amount, payment status, to perform the sale and meet our accounting obligations. Payment details (card, mobile money) are entered with our secure payment provider and never sent to us.
• Session registrations: identity and message, to organise training and issue certificates of attendance.
• Job applications: identity, contact details, CV, cover letter, message, to review your application.
• Projects submitted for iLABEL support: identity, contact details, project description, documents and data provided, to support you and award the label.
• Emails received at our inbound addresses: to reply to them.

Legal bases

Your consent (newsletter, application, iLABEL project), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (account, purchase, registration, quote) and our legal obligations (accounting).

Recipients

Your data is only accessible to authorised FORESIGHTSH team members (each role only sees what it needs, e.g. applications for recruiters). Our technical providers (hosting, email delivery, online payment) act only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. We never sell or rent your data.

Retention periods

• Job applications: 6 months after the recruitment closes (spontaneous applications: 6 months), unless you agree to a longer period.
• iLABEL project files: 12 months after the request is closed; the request and certificate are kept so the label can still be verified.
• Handled contact requests: 24 months; received emails: 12 months.
• Unconfirmed newsletter sign-ups and never-verified accounts: 30 days.
• Customer account: until deleted; orders: legal retention period for accounting records.

These periods are enforced automatically by a daily purge.

Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, private files stored outside the public area of the site and only accessible to authorised people, regular backups. Forms are protected against bots by a verification service that analyses technical browser signals, without advertising cookies.

Cookies and analytics

The site only uses essential technical cookies: sign-in session and chosen language. Audience measurement is anonymous and cookie-free (no personal data, no cross-site tracking), so it requires no consent banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every newsletter). Write to contact@foresightsh.com; we reply within one month.
